The playreading group is an essential part of the behind-the-scenes activity at Repertory.

​

From month to month over the years we have explored a wide range of plays - the classics, comedies, tragedies and social commentaries.

 

We've read, critiqued and work shopped new plays by local playwrights, we've considered plays members of the public have suggested Repertory could stage, and we've read plays just to gain a wide experience of what has interested audiences in times past, and why.

​
